DEBT

NEW Bijouxdebt: The Rules

Bijoux Debt is the private book kept with subs who owe. It records signed debts, tributes, tasks, and games. You see exactly the lines I see.

It is a record, not a lender– no money is lent, and no balance you can withdraw. Every number in the book is something you agreed to, or something you sent.

You must be 18 or older to open a name.

1.  Your name

You pick a handle (3 to 20 letters, numbers, or underscores), a title, and a passphrase of least 8 characters.

Your passphrase is stored scrambled. Nobody can read it back, including me. If you lose it, the name cannot be recovered.

You stay signed in for up to 14 days on a device.

Once you have sent something, your handle, title, and total sent can appear in the public Hall (the top 12 senders). You can hide your name from the Hall at any time.

2.  Debts

Nothing runs until you sign

I write a debt and propose it to you. It lists:

the principal the interest rate (yearly, 0% to 120%) the minimum payment the due day of each month (1st to 28th) the late fee, if any

Until you sign, the debt is frozen. Nothing accrues and nothing can be added to it.

Once signed

Interest is figured daily on the balance at my yearly rate. It posts each New York morning, for the day before.

Due dates fall on the same day every month.

Late fee: if your minimum is not paid between one due date and the next, the late fee posts the morning after the due date. It posts once per missed due date.

I may also add charges, set tasks with penalties for missing them (up to $500 each), pause the debt, settle it, or forgive it.

You may add to your own debt (up to $500 at a time). You cannot lower it except by paying.

All days in the book are New York days (America/New_York).

3.  Paying

Lightning (Bitcoin)

A sub’s book: debt, tribute, sent

Checkout makes a Lightning invoice for the amount you choose ($1 to $2,000 per checkout).

When it settles, the payment writes itself into the book. Nothing else is needed.

A settled Lightning payment cannot be reversed or refunded.

Debt payments come off your balance. Anything beyond the balance, and every tribute, counts as tribute.

Payments made anywhere else (claims)

If you paid me another way, submit a claim. Every claim needs proof: a transaction ID, a screenshot of the payment, or both.

Screenshots must be PNG or JPEG, under 3 MB. Crop out account numbers and anything else private.

Hidden details in the file, such as location and camera information, are removed before it is saved.

Only you and I can see your screenshot.

A claim changes nothing until I confirm it. I may reject any claim.

You can have up to 5 claims waiting at a time.

What counts as “really paid”

Only real money counts: Lightning that settled, payments I record myself, and claims I confirm. Pending or rejected claims do not count. Neither does a sample checkout (shown only when Lightning is switched off).

4.  Games

The games decide how much you owe. They never pay out.

The rules every game follows

  1. Games only add. Every result is a charge that adds to your active, signed debt. No game refunds, pays out, lowers a balance, or clears a debt. Your best outcome is the smallest charge. Without an active signed debt, games cannot be played.
  2. The house draws, once. My server picks every result at random, using cryptographic randomness. It saves the result in the book before showing it to you, and the animation only plays out the saved result. Refreshing, double-clicking, or retrying never draws again. You simply see the same result.
  3. The odds are always shown. Before and while you play, you see the exact chance of every outcome and the average charge per play. I may set the odds as unfair as I like, and when they lean my way the screen says so plainly. For example: “Rigged in her favor: you lose big 70% of the time.”
  4. You consent first. You read and accept a game’s terms before your first play: the stake, the payout table, the odds, and the caps. If I change anything, the game goes back to proposed and cannot be played until you accept the new version.
  5. Every play is written down. Each play adds a “Game” line to the book, with the game, the outcome, and the amount. We both see it.
How do I know the odds?

Limits on every game

LimitWho sets itNotes
Most per playI do (you may set lower)A play is refused if its worst case could go over it.
Most per dayI do (you may set lower)Counted per New York day. A play is refused if its worst case could go over what is left today.
Wait between playsI do5 seconds to 24 hours.

Hard ceilings I cannot go past:

a slot stake of $500

$1,000 per play $3,000 per day payouts from 0.1x to 100x the stake

Your controls, at any time

Pause any game.

Lower your own caps below mine, or clear them to go back to mine.

Freeze the ATM.

When games lock

On top of the limits above, I can set rules that lock all games for your name:

Hold: I can put your games on hold whenever I choose.

Missed minimum: if you missed your debt’s minimum payment, games stay locked until real payments since the previous due date cover it.

Paid before you play: games stay locked until you have really paid a set total. Unpaid game charges: once your game charges go unpaid past my limit, games lock until you pay toward the debt. A play is also refused if its worst case would carry you past the limit.

Why can’t I play?

The games page always tells you exactly why it is locked and what unlocks it. Locks lift on their own once the payment is in the book. Changing these rules does not need your consent, because they can only stop play, never add to what you owe.

5.  The Slot Machine

Three reels. I choose the symbols (gem, ring, pearl, heart, lock, crown, star, rose) and how often each appears.

The stake is the base amount of a spin. The payout table turns each result into a multiple of the stake. That multiple is what gets added to your debt.

The table is read top to bottom, and the first matching line wins.

How does the slot machine work?

Example (my default; your terms may differ):

ResultCharge
Three gems5x the stake
Any three of a kind3x
Exactly two matching2x
Anything else1x

Your screen shows the exact chance of every line. Where a percentage is rounded, it also shows the exact fraction. It shows the average charge per spin too.

If a charge would be over the per-play cap, the charge is held at the cap. The odds table shows this.

6.  The Human ATM

You are the machine. You load it. I make the withdrawals.

What happens on a withdrawal?

Your side

Load or reload it with an amount. That is the most I can withdraw until you load more. It holds at most $5,000 at a time.

Lower the balance at any time, down to zero. What I already withdrew stays withdrawn.

Freeze it at any time. A frozen ATM will not take the card.

Set a 4-digit card PIN. This is role-play only. Never use a real bank card PIN, or any PIN you use anywhere else. The PIN is stored scrambled and is never shown to anyone, including me.

How does Bijoux use my card?

Watch it live. Your page checks every few seconds and replays each withdrawal: the card going in, the PIN typed digit by digit, the cash coming out, and the balance ticking down.

Can I watch?

My side

I insert your card and type your PIN on the keypad. Three wrong PINs lock the card for 15 minutes.

A card stays in for up to 10 minutes.

Then I choose:

An amount of my choosing.

Fast cash: a set amount.

Surprise skim: a random amount within a range I set.

Kick it for a bonus: a random amount from a list I set, with the odds shown. Every withdrawal adds to your signed debt and lowers the loaded balance. No withdrawal can go past what is loaded, the caps, or the game locks.

The ATM has terms you accept like any other game. The random options (skim and kick) show their exact odds and average charge

What can Bijoux withdraw?

7.  Fine print

Adults only. This is consensual play between adults who have agreed to its terms. Not a loan or a bank. Bijoux Debt does not lend money, hold money for you, or pay anything out. “Withdrawals,” “cash,” and “the ATM” are role-play. They describe amounts added to what you owe, not money you receive.

Games are not gambling. You never stake money to win money. Every result adds an agreed amount to a debt you already signed, under odds and caps you accepted, and you can pause or stop at any time.

Consent can be withdrawn from play at any time by pausing games, lowering your caps, or freezing the ATM. Charges already in the book stay in the book.

Payments are final. Settled Lightning payments cannot be reversed. Tribute is a gift and is not refunded.

Confirmations are mine. Payments made outside Lightning count only once I confirm them. Submitting a false claim or fake proof may end your access to the book.       Changes. I may change game terms at any time, but changed games cannot be played until you accept them again. I may set or change game locks, holds, tasks, and charges at any time.

Records. The book keeps every line, with its date in New York time. What the book shows is the record.

Privacy. Your passphrase and card PIN are stored scrambled. Your screenshots are visible only to you and me. Your name appears in the Hall only if you leave it visible.
